Cucumber

Put the chilled slices over your closed eyelids until they become warm. Then wash your eyes with water. Repeat the process as needed. You can also do this remedy with chilled potato slices.
Olive Oil Tea Bag

Green tea and green tea mixed drink are the best options for quick refreshment. Tea bags will help to reduce bacteria and inflammation. Place wet green tea bags in the freezer to chill. Apply olive oil with a cotton ball on your eyes, while you chill the tea bags. Remove the tea bags from the freezer after a few minutes. Find a place to relax and place these chilled tea bags on your eyes. Leave them on for ten minutes and wash your face. Dry it and moisturize as usual.


Rose Water

Rose water is another effective way to add spark to your tired eyes. Its soothing effect helps rejuvenate the skin around the eyes and prevent dark circles and puffiness. Dip 2 cotton balls in the cold rose water. Lie down and place the wet cotton balls over your closed eyelids. Leave them on for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash your eyes with regular water. Follow this treatment as needed.

Exercise the Eyes


You can try some simple eye exercises to relax your eyes. It works better if you can practice these just before going to bed. Take a pen and move it horizontally and vertically in front of your eyes. Try to focus your eyes on the tip of the pen.


Eye Massage

Gentle eye massage is another easy way to enjoy sparkling eyes. Massage improves blood circulation to the eyes, which in turn reduces eye strain and prevents fine lines. Take few crushed mint leaves in a small bowl. Add some water and mix it well. Extract the juice and add few drops of almond oil and honey. Place this mixture on your eyes just before going to bed.


Milk

Milk is a great remedy to get rid of tired eyes and restore a sparkling appearance. It helps soothe and relax the muscles around your eyes. In addition, milk helps reduce eye irritation and puffiness. Soak 2 cotton balls in cold milk. Place the cotton balls on your closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your face and moisturize as usual. Do this as needed.
