Lemon scrub

One point to be kept in mind is that if you have any rashes or cuts in the affected area then avoid applying lemon juice till you get rid of them else it might lead to severe irritation and worsen the matter.


Wear cotton underwear

Wet genital areas can lead to the formation of a pungent odor and also darken bikini line. Wear underwear that is made with light or thin fabric material like cotton. They dry easily and also prevents rashes.


Turmeric lemon paste

This is one of the natural skin care pack that is used to lighten dark spots and get a glowing skin. You can easily find these ingredients in your kitchen. First take 1tsp of turmeric powder and add few drops of lemon juice. You can also add 1tsp yogurt. Mix and apply on the bikini area 10 minutes before taking bath. Do this thrice in a week to lighten dark bikini line.

Papaya

This is a fruit that you can use for lightening the dark bikini area. Use the inner portion of a ripe papaya and rub on the skin area. Leave it there for 20 minutes and then wash off. This will work better if you use the paste at regular interval.


Sugar, honey and lemon juice

Take 1 tbsp of honey and the juice of half of a lemon. Add the sugar crystals in this mixture and apply the mixture as a scrub. The circular motion is the best way to apply this mixture. Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash the area with water. Sugar helps in removing the dead skin and honey takes care of the soft sensitive skin of the area. The juice of lemon works as bleaching agent and reduces the pigmentation.
