Our skin is like a mirror to our health, unfortunately, not everyone is blessed with perfect pores. Additionally, not everyone is blessed with a pocket book to pay for expensive beauty products. If you have a big event coming up or simply want to improve the look of your skin in general, a few simple tips can make your skin glow in just a few minutes.

Beauty tips for Spotless Face

Banana and Milk

Make a paste of banana and milk, Apply it on your face for  15-20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. It will give you glowing baby soft skin fast.

Lemon Juice

Lemon contains antibacterial and exfoliating properties. Take one lemon and squeeze the juice into a glass container, then add the same amount of mineral water. Apply carefully the mixture to your face with a cotton pad. Avoid touching your eyes! Leave it on for 5-10 minutes and rinse off afterwards with a lukewarm water. It will make your complexion fresh.

Rose water

In summer rose water is a natural and easy way to get clear and glowing face. Try to daily wash your face with rose water. Its natural cooling properties makes it an excellent face toner.

Coconut water

Massage with coconut water on your face. It will give you a nice soft glowing skin.

Aloe Vera

Apply aloe vera on the skin before the application of make-up. This will prevent your skin from drying. Even men can use the aloe vera gel like an aftershave. The healing properties will help in treating the minor nicks and cuts caused while shaving. During winter your skin tends to dry more often. To keep your skin hydrated, make a mask by mixing equal parts of honey and aloe vera gel (pure extract from the plant) and apply on your face. Wash it off with warm water after 15 minutes for a glowing, soft skin.

Avoid the Sun

The sun is a great source for vitamin D. The morning sun from 7am to 9am is good for the skin. However avoiding the sun after this time is very essential. The UV rays are quite strong and they not only damage the texture of the skin but over exposure to these rays can result in skin cancer. Avoid the sun especially from 10 am to 2 pm as the sun rays can get really harsh. Try to wear clothing that covers most of your skin. Apply sunscreen while going outdoors.

Drink Water

As we know there are many health benefits of drinking water, one of the best is to help your skin to purify the impurities. Water cleanses the body and eliminates the toxins and waste. It hydrates the body and removes excess oils and dirt. 15% of our skin is made up of water. Drinking at least 2 liters per day gives the skin a bright noticeable change in less than a weak. It rids your skin from dryness and wrinkles. It also boosts the immune system.
