Blackheads appear due to the oil and sebum blocked in skin
pores. The excess secretion of oil expands and thickens the pores resulting in
blackheads. Blackheads commonly appear on chin, around nostrils and forehead.
Improper cleansing cause the dead cells and bacteria to sink deep into pores.
If blackheads are not removed they might cause pimples and acne. Trying to
squeeze them is not the right method to get rid of blackheads as it might cause
open pores and scars.
There are many treatments and products available to remove
blackheads. It should not be difficult to achieve clear skin with proper care.
How to remove
blackheads from Face – Easy Beauty tips
Exfoliating with baking soda:
Exfoliating with baking soda is one of the most effective home remedies for
minimizing the appearance of blackheads. Although, you can use cleansers,
brushes and sponges to gently cleanse blocked pores, but if you have baking
soda in your pantry then we suggest you use it for exfoliating. Baking soda is
often used in microdermabrasion, an exfoliating technique that can help in
minimizing blackheads if done regularly. Combine it with clean water to make a
gentle scrubbing paste for getting rid of blackheads. Alternatively, you can
use apple cider vinegar (ACV) in place of water. ACV works as an astringent and
anti-bacterial agent that also cleanses plugged pores.

blackheads that are removed. To prevent blackheads from coming back, follow a
regular cleansing and exfoliating routine.
