1
In the first step in the bid to
increase breast size with exercise, you will need to have a 5-lb weight and a
straight-back chair. Holding the weights on each hand, sit on the chair with
your back straight allowing your hands to hand lose at your sides. Lift your
hands with the weight until the arms are at the shoulder level and they are
aligned to the shoulder line. Hold your hands in that position to the count of
five or for five to ten seconds before your drop them. Then return the hands to
the original position. Repeat the procedure three to five times per day.

The second step involves the use
of pushups. Lying flat on your stomach on the floor on a rag or any comfortable
fabric, place your palms flat on the floor with the elbows bent at the level of
the shoulder. Keep your legs straight behind your or let your knees rest on the
floor with a straight back. Lift yourself with your arms at the elbow joint
with your palms flatly on the ground. Hold your body in that position for 5 to
10 seconds or three well-paced counts. Then lower your body to its original
position, repeat the process in two three sets five times a day each day.

In the last step, lie on your
back on a low table or bench and hold a 5lb weight in each hand with
outstretching them beside you and parallel to your shoulders. Lifting the arms
slowly, bring the weight towards each other until your hands meet in front of
you. Return your hands to the original position and repeat the procedure 10
times thrice a day.
If you follow these steps, your
chest muscles (pectoral muscles) will build up becoming bigger and so push the
breasts forward making them to appear larger. This is a natural method that is
not associated with any adverse effects. Just spend a few minutes per day and
