How to Get rid of premature white hair

Grey hair is one of the most tormenting nightmares for people especially women. This is a universal and widespread problem due to modern life style. This is also one of the main sign of aging or premature aging.

Grey hair is due to the absence of the” melanin” pigment in the hair. It is generally associated with old age but can also be seen in young people. Other factors responsible for grey hair are genetic, natural chemical changes in body, exposure to pollution etc.

Many chemical hair colors contain ammonia which is an industrial bleaching agent and severely harms the hair in the long run. Always avoid chemical based shampoos and use herbal ones instead.
