 My daily skincare regime includes moisturiser with SPF (sun protection factor) during the day. At night, I remove whatever little makeup I wear and then apply hydrating cream.

Also, plenty of water, balanced meals, regular workouts and adequate sleep figure on my must have list.

Since my work involves a lot of travelling and exposure to extreme climatic conditions, it ends up taking a toll on my hair. I get tender coconut hair oil massages at least once a week. It helps me protect my hair from any form of damage.



Daily makeup look of Deepika:

For her daily makeup look, Deepika Padukone begins with a couple of light brown or green colored contact lenses. She applies a light foundation and tries a tinted moisturizer along through concealer under her eyes. She uses a matte ginger blush powder on her cheeks. She will apply brown eye shadow to her eyelids and contour with a darker shade at the crease of her eye lids. She will apply her upper eye lashes with black eyeliner and after apply mascara. She will stop off her eyes makeup by using a highlight powder under the bow of her eye brows. Lastly, she will round the look off with a peachy brown lipstick.

Fitness mantra of Deepika:

She is brilliant with an athlete’s body. She manages to keep it clean and slim with her diet and Workout exercises. She has a figure which Wear both Indian and Western outfits with equal bearing and seemliness. She does not enjoy workout at the gym daily. Her exercise regime with Cardio, Pilates and yoga. She doing workout consists of functional training at the gym with a mix of freehand and light weights, depending on her body parts.


Beauty tips for skin:



Deepika operates by a few simple rules for her Skin. Make sure she always hydrated and quipped. She hydrates with water and not other substances. She not much of a makeup and stick to the basics like moisturizer and lip balm. She also do not go for regular facials but she do pamper in clean ups once in a while. Every week she likes to luxuriate in a relaxing body massage with warm coconut or essential oil. She relaxes and rejuvenates me like nothing else.
