How to firm up Breast

There are a variety of reasons such as pregnancy, rapid weight loss and aging that can lead to sagging or drooping of the breasts. Sagging and drooping breasts can make you self-aware of your appearance and you may choose not to wear certain dresses. However, some therapies and exercises can be done to firm and lift your sagging breasts. Though you may not be able to reverse your age, still, you will see and feel a noticeable change in the appearance of your breasts.

How to firm and tone breasts

Hydrotherapy

You can use hydrotherapy to tone your breasts. Whenever you are taking a shower, first rinse your breasts with warm water for a duration of 30 seconds. Then rinse them with the coldest water you can tolerate for a duration of 10 seconds. Alternate rinsing between warm and cold water for a couple of minutes. Always finish your treatment with the application of cold water. Hydrotherapy helps in increasing the blood circulation, thereby stimulating the synthesis of elastin and collagen. Both of these substances are responsible for making your breasts firmer and perkier.

Breast Massage

Massaging your breasts is an excellent technique to firm, hydrate and soften your breasts. To make the skin of breasts firm, make an infusion of 30 g rosemary, 30 g wild thyme and 30 g thyme. Cool the mixture or lotion to room temperature, filter it and apply it to your breasts. Leave it on your breasts for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with cold water.

DIY mask to firm your breasts.

There is no need to buy expensive lotions that claim to firm or lift your breasts. We all know that they are a waste of money and don't work. So let’s give this natural and safe mask a shot. 1 tablespoon plain yogurt. 1 tablespoon egg white and 1 tablespoon honey. Mix them all to a paste. Apply it on your breasts and leave on for 20 minutes. You can wear an old non-padded bra while waiting. Rinse it off with cold water.

Moisturize

It is extremely important to moisturize your breasts. When they lack moisture they lose elasticity and sag. You can use avocado oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil. I recommend using the almond oil if you have stretch marks because it will help a lot diminish their look.

Exercise

The T-Plank

Using five to 10-pound weights as handles, hold your body up in a pushup position, with your legs wider than hip width for more stability. Lift your right arm, holding the weight up, and open your body all the way to the right making a "T" shape with your body. Return to your starting position and do the same on left side. That's one rep. Do 10 to 20 reps.

The C-Sweep

Lay down on your back, holding the weights right above your forehead with your palms facing up. Then, draw a mirrored letter "C" in the air, heading towards your hips and keeping your arms low. Keep your palms up and trace your arms back to the starting position. Repeat this 10 to 20 times.

The Chest Fly

Lay down on floor, keeping your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Start to raise your arms up with a slight bend in your elbows. Inhale and open your arms wide like you were going to give someone a big hug, stopping with your arms above your chest. Exhale and bring your arms back to a starting position. Repeat 10 to 25 times.

Push-Ups

Put your knees on the ground. Bend over and put your hands shoulder width apart and do 10 push-ups.

Get the right bra

You must wear the right bra size. Even when you run you must wear a sports bra. Sagging will be faster without proper support. A study has shown that a regular bra reduces bouncing (which leads to sagging of the breasts) almost 40% and a good sports bra 78%.
