Its very easy to get perfect spotless skin. Perfect skin is the ultimate blessing for a teenager. But just because you don't have it right now, doesn't mean you can't get it. With the right regime, you can take your skin from oily to squeaky clean. Here is the perfect solution to have spotless skin.

Simple tips to maintain your skin...
· Maintain your skin hygiene. Always clean your face after facing a polluted enviornment.
· Wipe off your make up before going to sleep.
· Take sound sleep, at least 8 hours in a single phase is good to keep your face glowing and body healthy.
· Fruits are good for your skin, fruits are rich in fibers and helps in combating skin problems and digestion.
· Eating healthy is the simplest precaution that helps to keep skin away from dark acne scars and spots. 
·  Also drink 10 glasses of water everyday to keep skin hydrated from inside. Water also helps to wash away toxins under skin.
· Massages increases circulation of blood towards skin. More blood means more oxygen and nutrients that help in keeping skin nourished.
· Use scar lightening creams that contains peptides, vitamin C and anti oxidants to boost the production of collagen in body. Collagen is the elastic substance that helps to erase wrinkles, dark spots and scars from skin getting you a spotless face. 
· Massage with almond oil around your neck and hands or part of your body which is exposed generally, almond oil nourishes your skin and keeps it healthy. If possible you can massage your entire body with almond oil.
· Deep skin cleansing is a good way to remove the spots and darkness from skin. Exfoliation is the best method to deeply remove skin impurities and prevent pimple breakouts.
· Never leave skin dry because dryness makes our body to produce extra moisture that makes skin oily. These excess oils get clogged in our skin pores leading to pimples.




Natural ways to get spotless skin ...
1. Keep cool cucumber slices on your dark spots daily. Cucumbers provide moisture to skin and it lightening properties makes the spots less visible. 

2. Apply potato juice to your spots. Catecholase enzymes present in potato helps to get rid of dark circles and spots. You can also keep potato slice on spots for 15 minutes daily. Following this method daily will make your skin fair and spotless.
3. Mix orange juice and olive oil together and massage it to your face. This mixture provides vitamin C and E to skin that lightens skin tone and keep it moisturized.
4. Rub lemon juice to skin once a week. In case of irritation dilute it with water and then use it. Citric acid in lemon helps to remove impurities and oils from skin while vitamin C lightens the scars and spot giving you a spotless skin on face.
5. Add little milk to honey and use it for your skin. This is a perfect skin nourishment technique used for removing spots on skin and making it radiant and smooth.
6. Tea leaves is very effective in keeping your skin glowing. The flavonoid content of tea leaves is anti aging and has the property of skin lightening. Boil a spoon of tea leaves till it shows its colour. Then cool it and add brown sugar in it. Mix some cream in it and make a paste. Apply it over your face in a circular motion for about 10 minutes. Wash it off with plain water to get a softer and glowing skin.


7. Sooji is also a great thing for clean and glowing skin. Add some milk in sooji and then scrub it over your skin. Leave it then till it dries. Wash it with warm water.
8. Sugar and lemon scrub can also be used. Equal part of lemon juice can be mixed to make a paste. Scrub it over your face in circular motion and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with warm water to get glowing face.
9. Papaya face pack: Papaya absorbs the excess oil, thus making it soft. Take a ripe papaya, cut it into small pieces and add a teaspoon of sandalwood powder or fuller's earth. Add honey to make a paste. Now apply it all over your face. Leave it for about 15 minutes and then wash it off with plain water. This papaya pack is very effective in keeping your face glowing. It is also anti aging and anti wrinkle remedy.
10. Fuller's earth pack: Take two teaspoonful of fuller's earth. Add a teaspoonful of rose water. You can add few drops of glycerine also to make it more effective. Make a paste of it and apply it all over your face. Leave it till it dries. Then rinse it with plain water. Now, see your glowing face.



11. Milk and honey: Add a teaspoon of honey in two teaspoonful of milk. Then add a teaspoon of gram flour to make a paste. Apply it all over your face, leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water to get a glowing face.
12. Egg face pack: Egg is high in protein, minerals and vitamin which is very effective in flourishing your skin. Take out the white of the egg, add a teaspoon of yoghurt and lemon juice. Mix it well to form a paste and apply it all over your face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Now, look at your glowing face.
13. Tomato face pack: Take a small tomato and half teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix them well to make a paste and apply on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes, then wash it with plain water to get soft and glowing skin. Apply this method twice a week for better results.
